A design that starts with you
We’ll talk about who you’re celebrating, what you love and the details you want to keep. From there, I’ll create a personalized design concept and mood board that gives your celebration a clear direction.
The pieces that bring it together
I’ll source and coordinate the décor, materials and rentals needed for your approved design, keeping your priorities and agreed budget in mind. You’ll know what’s included in your personalized quote before moving forward.
Setup and those finishing touches
On the day, I’ll bring the agreed styling elements together—from the larger installations to the little details that make everything feel connected. You won’t have to spend the morning trying to recreate your Pinterest board.
Breakdown, handled
After the celebration, I’ll return at the agreed time to take down and collect the décor covered by your package. You can say your goodbyes and enjoy those last moments without taking on the décor teardown yourself.
Every celebration is different. Your proposal will outline the specific areas, décor and services included in your booking.
FROM FIRST HELLO TO CELEBRATION DAY
Here’s how we’ll make it happen
01 / Tell me what you’re dreaming up
Start with the inquiry form. Share your date, location, décor budget and whatever ideas you have so far. I’ll review your details and, if we’re a good fit, we’ll schedule a consultation to talk it through.
02 / Make it yours
After our consultation, you’ll receive a personalized proposal. Once your contract is signed and retainer is paid, we’ll dive into the details and develop your design. You’ll have up to two complimentary rounds of reasonable design revisions to help refine the agreed concept.
03 / Be part of your own celebration
I’ll handle the agreed décor setup, styling and breakdown. You get to walk into a space created with you in mind—and enjoy it with the people you brought together.

There isn’t one set price for every celebration, because no two visions are quite the same. We’ll talk about your décor budget, the spaces you’d like styled and the details that matter most, then I’ll put together one personalized quote for you to review.
Your quote will clearly outline the styling fee and the décor, materials, rentals and any specialty services needed for your agreed design. We’ll make those decisions together, so you know what to expect before booking.
A little something for our founding clients
For a limited number of Custom Event Design & Styling bookings, a founding-client styling fee is available.
This introductory fee applies to eligible bookings confirmed during the offer period. Future celebrations will be quoted at the rates available when you book again. Décor, materials, rentals and specialty services are additional and will be outlined in your proposal.
