Custom Event Design & Styling is for celebrations that need help developing and bringing together the complete visual direction. It can include a personalized design concept, décor sourcing, styling, installation and breakdown.

À La Carte Décor is for clients who already have most of their celebration planned but need one or a few specific decorative elements, such as balloon décor, a backdrop, welcome-sign styling or a dessert-table display.

Make Room styles birthdays, baby and bridal showers, anniversaries, graduations, baby dedications and baptisms, engagement parties, dinner parties, holiday gatherings, church events, corporate and social gatherings and other meaningful milestones.

If you’re planning something that isn’t listed, I’d still love to hear about it!

Make Room does not currently offer weddings or full-service event planning. My focus is the visual experience of your celebration—the décor, styling and thoughtful details that bring the space together.

You’ll remain responsible for planning items such as your venue, catering, entertainment, guest list and overall event timeline unless something different is specifically included in your proposal.

Make Room serves Lumpkin County and surrounding communities throughout North Georgia. Share your event location on the inquiry form, and I’ll confirm availability and include any applicable travel or delivery costs in your personalized quote.

The sooner you know your event date, the better. Availability is limited and bookings are confirmed on a first-come basis. Short-notice celebrations may still be possible depending on the date, design and materials needed, so you’re always welcome to ask.

Absolutely! You can share inspiration photos, Pinterest boards, colors, themes and any decorative pieces you already own. I’ll help determine how they can work together so your celebration feels intentional and cohesive.

Not at all. You can come with a complete vision, a few saved pictures or simply an idea of how you want the celebration to feel. The inquiry form gives me a starting point, and we’ll clarify the details together.

Every celebration is different, so pricing is personalized based on the design, decorative elements, materials, rentals, labor and any delivery, installation, collection or breakdown services included.

Your inquiry form will ask about your décor budget. From there, I can help you understand what may be possible and recommend where your budget can make the most impact.

For Custom Event Design & Styling, your date is reserved after your agreement is signed and the required nonrefundable retainer is paid. The remaining balance is due seven days before your celebration.

For À La Carte Décor, your signed agreement and 50% upfront payment reserve your booking. The remaining balance is due before your event as outlined in your agreement.

Custom Event Design & Styling includes the agreed setup, styling and breakdown services outlined in your proposal.

For À La Carte Décor, delivery, installation, collection and breakdown depend on the pieces selected. Your quote will clearly explain what Make Room will handle and what you’ll be responsible for.

I’ll review your event date, location, budget and the support you’re looking for. If Make Room appears to be a good fit and your date is available, we’ll schedule a consultation to talk through your ideas.

Afterward, you’ll receive a personalized proposal outlining the recommended design or décor, services and pricing. Your booking is confirmed once the required agreement and payment are completed.

Please let me know as soon as possible. Retainers and initial payments are nonrefundable. If you need to reschedule, eligible payments may be applied to a new available date according to the terms of your agreement.
